First visit
What to expect
A first visit takes a little longer than the session, because the first ten minutes are for talking.
You fill in a short intake on our booking tool before you come. Your therapist reads it, asks about pressure and anything to leave alone, and the session starts when you are ready. The intake is where health questions belong, not in the contact form.
Arrive ten minutes early
Bring a water bottle if you like
Tell us about any scent or oil allergy when you book

Good to know
Before you come
What to wear
Wear what is easy to take off and put back on. You undress to your comfort, and you are covered the whole time.
Pressure
Your therapist asks before you start and checks again partway through. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
Right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
