Book online or through the desk. A card holds your time, and sessions of 75 minutes or more take a deposit that goes toward the session.

Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move a session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move it. A late arrival shortens the session so the next client starts on time.

If you miss a session without telling us, the held time is charged as set out when you booked. Call the desk if something went wrong.

Massage here is for adults. Please come alone or with an adult companion who can wait in the lobby. We cannot have children in the treatment rooms.

We use unscented oil and lotion unless you ask otherwise, and we can tell you every ingredient. Tell us about a nut or fragrance allergy when you book.

If a session was not right, tell us within a week and we will look at it with you.

Tipping is welcome and never expected. Add one when you pay, or at booking.

You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on. Undress to the point you are comfortable.

Before we start we ask about pressure and any area to leave alone. Tell us at any time to go lighter or firmer. You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like, for any reason, and we stop right away. This is therapeutic massage and we do not diagnose.
