Session
A paced full-body session at light to medium pressure, with extra time where you ask.
This is the session to book if you have not had massage before, or if you want a full body at a steady, comfortable pressure. Your therapist works through the body in order and spends longer on the areas you name.
60 minutes
75 minutes, with focus
90 minutes, long

What happens
You say how you want the session to feel and where you want extra time.
Long, even strokes at a pressure you have agreed.
Each part is uncovered in turn and covered again when we move on.
A slower close, then time to rest before you get up.
Good to know
Pressure starts light to medium and goes where you want it. Ask for more or less at any point.
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery, ask your doctor or midwife before you book, and tell your therapist when you arrive.
Undress to your comfort and leave your underwear on if you prefer. You are covered throughout.
