Nell Halloran
Licensed massage therapist, clinic director
- Massage Therapist License · TX Lic. 000000
Nell opened the clinic and still books the long sessions. She likes slow, deep work and a clear check-in before you lie down.
Session
Slow, firm pressure through the whole body, for adults who like to feel the work.
Deep tissue here means slow strokes and sustained pressure, built up in layers rather than forced. Your therapist warms the area first, goes deeper where you ask, and backs off when you say so.
45 minutes, short
60 minutes
75 minutes, extended
90 minutes, long

What happens
You and your therapist agree on pressure and on any area to leave alone.
Broad, lighter strokes first, so the deeper work comes in gradually.
Slow, sustained pressure on the areas you chose, with a pressure check in the middle.
Lighter strokes to close, then time to sit up slowly.
Good to know
Pressure is set with you before the session and checked partway through. Say lighter or firmer at any time.
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
If you are pregnant, have a recent injury or surgery, or take medication that affects bleeding, ask your doctor before you book.
Undress to your comfort. Wear what is easy to take off and put back on, and leave jewelry at home.

As deep as you want and your body allows. We build pressure gradually and you can change it at any time.
Some people feel tender for a day, like after exercise. Drink water, move gently, and tell your therapist how you felt so we can adjust next time.
Sixty minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace. Choose 75 or 90 if you want longer on specific areas.
