How it runs
The same four steps for every length, so you know what comes next.
Come ten minutes early. The desk checks you in and shows you to your room.
Your therapist asks about pressure and any area to leave alone, and answers questions.
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Pressure changes when you say so.
Take a minute to sit up slowly, have water and book your next visit at the desk.
